• 8:30 – 10:15 AM – Board of Directors meeting
• 11:00 – Noon – full Council meeting featuring an update on the Long-term Value Strategy success and plans for 2021
• 12:00 – 1:00 PM – lunch break
• 1:00 PM – Presentation by seafood industry expert John Sackton on the lobster market heading into the Spring season
• 2:00 PM – Presentation by retail industry expert Peter Chapman.   It is incredible how much has changed in our food industry in the last 12 months.  We will figure out what has changed and how lobster weathered the storm.  With our knowledge of the industry from before and during the pandemic, we will look at where we see the industry and more specifically lobster going in the future

A Q and A will follow each presentation.  Everyone will be on mute to begin each afternoon presentation and Geoff will manage the Q and A through the raise your hand feature on Zoom
